I am wanting to move all of the videos from my phone to iCloud Drive and I see that I can access them from the Files app on the iOS devices and iCloud from my iMac. This has solved all of my storage problems because I save and also take many videos. Now that I have videos in my iCloud Drive, I would like to play them on the Apple TV. Any help is appreciated. I would like a solution to this using an Apple app or feature on the Apple TV. Thanks!

Thanks for posting! I understand you're not seeing your iCloud Drive files after restoring your iPhone SE, and you've done some great troubleshooting so far to narrow things down.
Knowing that you see your files on iCloud.com and on your other iOS device is helpful.

Just to double-check two points, is iCloud Drive toggled on under Settings > [name] > iCloud? Also, have you tested by connecting to a different Wi-Fi network to see if that makes a difference? These would help to rule out a few other possible causes. How to organize desktop apps mac.
